Experiencing history

Special tours are available for school classes and children's/youth groups as part of the educational museum program to give children and youths more insight into life in the Middle Ages.

1. Men and walls

Huge walls were raised by different construction methods to serve as shelter and defense. How the residents helped each other and what kind of technical equipment they used will be seen, heard and explained. What else did the industrious craftsmen and soldiers do at the fortress? We'll be happy to share our knowledge with you.

Everyone who works as hard as they did wants to have fun in his spare time. We want to show you the interesting things – both familiar and unusual – that young and old used to play with 300 and 400 years ago
